DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
iptvvpro respects the rights of copyright owners and expects the same from everyone who uses iptvvpro.ca and our service. This page explains how to tell us about material you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle those reports under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada’s Copyright Act.
Our commitment
- We review every complete copyright notice we receive.
- When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material identified.
- We give affected users a fair chance to respond through a counter-notification.
- We end access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice to us on WhatsApp at +212 679-832403. You can type it in the chat or attach it as a PDF. Start the message with “Copyright notice” so it reaches the right person quickly.
What your notice must include
To be valid, a notice needs all of the following:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact location of the material you want removed, such as the full URL on iptvvpro.ca, or enough detail for us to find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
Please be accurate. Under the DMCA, a person who knowingly makes a false claim that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
What happens after you send it
- We confirm that we received your notice.
- We check that it contains every required element.
- If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the material.
- Where we can, we tell the affected user and explain how to file a counter-notification.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send us a counter-notification on WhatsApp. It must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward valid counter-notifications to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have started court action, we may restore the material.
Canadian notice-and-notice
Canada’s Copyright Act uses a “notice-and-notice” system. Copyright owners may send a notice of claimed infringement, which intermediaries forward to the person concerned. If you are sending a notice under Canadian law, include the same details listed above and say that it is a notice under the Copyright Act.
Repeat infringers
We keep a record of valid notices. Where a user is the subject of repeated valid notices, we suspend or end their access, without refund, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to handle a copyright notice?
We acknowledge complete notices as quickly as we can, normally within 2 business days, and act on valid notices without unnecessary delay.
Can I send a notice on behalf of someone else?
Yes, if you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. Your notice must say so and include your contact details and a signature.
What if my notice is incomplete?
We will tell you which required elements are missing. We cannot act on a notice until it contains the information listed on this page.
Do you follow Canadian copyright law?
Yes. We respond to notices sent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and to notices under Canada’s Copyright Act, including its notice-and-notice rules.
Is my notice kept private?
We use the information in a notice only to handle the complaint. We may share it with the person whose material is affected if they file a counter-notification, as the law allows.
